Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope of Services
Blitz and Build Web LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) offers digital services including but not limited to:
Custom landing pages
Showcase websites (Business Websites)
Sales funnels
E-commerce sites
SEO, web development, and marketing automation
All services are provided remotely and sold as packaged offers combining an initial setup fee and a monthly subscription plan.
2. Order and Payment Terms
2.1. Setup Fee
The setup fee (one-time) is due upon confirmation of the order. Work starts once the full setup payment is received and the client has provided all necessary assets (texts, logos, visuals, etc.).
2.2. Subscription
The monthly subscription covers hosting, maintenance, minor content changes, bug fixes, and technical support. It begins the month following the website’s launch.
2.3. Minimum Commitment
The subscription has a minimum term of 6 months. After this period, it may be cancelled at any time with an email to: contact@blitzwebcraft.com.
2.4. Payment Methods
Payments are made via bank transfer or Paddle. All invoices are denominated in USD.
3. Project Delivery
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days after all content is received. This timeline may be extended if the client fails to provide required materials in a timely manner or requests additional features.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
Provide all required content for the website (texts, images, legal disclaimers, etc.)
Ensure that they own the rights to the materials provided
Validate and approve the website for publication in a reasonable timeframe
We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or performance of the content provided by the client.
5. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer unlimited revisions until client satisfaction. If the initial version does not meet expectations at all, the client may either:
Request a full refund and terminate the agreement (only before the final delivery), or
Request a complete redesign at no additional cost.
This policy does not apply after the project is validated and online.
6. Suspension and Termination
If the client fails to pay the monthly subscription, services will be suspended: hosting, maintenance, and support will stop. The website may become inaccessible.
Ownership of the final deliverable is transferred to the client only after full payment of the setup fee. In case of non-payment, Blitz and Build Web LLC retains all rights to the site.
7. Intellectual Property
The client may not resell or reuse parts of the work for other projects without written permission. We reserve the right to reuse non-identifiable design or development components.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Mexico.
